Félix Solís Avantis exceeds his medal record at Mundus Vini
Félix Solís Avantis wines win 37 medals in the Mundus Vini 2020 international contest, achieving a historic record of awards that exceeds in ten the results of last year's spring tasting. The prestigious German contest, Mundus Vini, has just awarded Félix Solís Avantis 21 gold and 16 silver medals in the 2020 spring edition. Among the awards, there is special mention to Viña Albali Crianza as Best of Show, Best wine red wine from Spain in the Food channel.
The rest of the medals have been awarded to the most top references in the regions of Rueda, Ribera Del Duero, La Rioja, Toro, La Mancha and Valdepeñas, where the company owns wineries. These regions are internationally recognized for the qualities of the terroir, the climate and the variety of the grapes used in the elaboration of its wines.
These good results coincide with the great quality of the wines submitted to the contest, according to the head of the Mundus Vini tasting, Christian Wolf, the level has increased considerably this year.
268 wine experts from 54 countries moved to the tasting, which took place last week, to taste blindly and evaluate about 7,500 wines from 45 countries.
